Change Management

Building a community garden at Hale Cook Elementary activated the vacant public space while the community imagined a future with an open elementary school.

The data is clear: the number of multi-billion dollar catastrophic events impacting communities - whether manmade or otherwise - is growing every year. The impacts of generations of systemic inequity have been further exacerbated by a global pandemic and social unrest. While we cannot predict the future, we can create more resilient organizations equipped to respond and adapt to address these critical issues.

Throughout my career, I have worked both from within organizations and as an external partner to shape policies, programs, and processes to build a foundation to ensure an organization is ready for the uncertainties of the future.

  • Policy

While public policy is often reactive, I have worked with cities across the country to advance public policy that establishes a framework for the future. Topics range from open data and privacy, Vision Zero and equitable mobility, entrepreneurship and economic development.

  • Program

From grassroots to Fortune 50 companies, I have designed, developed and implemented catalytic programming to shift the way we solve problems. Rooted in the belief that we must measure to understand, I have worked across sector to realize sustainable change.

  • Process

Engaging in problem solving and building capacity for the future is critical to organizational and community resiliency. Throughout my career, I have focused on ways to leverage what works today with innovative solutions.
